Refund Policy

1. General Policy
Due to the digital and instant-delivery nature of our products, all sales are generally considered final. We do not offer refunds once a license key or product has been delivered to your account.
2. Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances: (a) you were charged multiple times for the same order, (b) the product was never delivered to your account due to a technical error on our end, or (c) the product is completely non-functional and our support team has been unable to resolve the issue within 72 hours of your initial report.
3. Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds will not be issued for: account bans or hardware bans resulting from use of our software, dissatisfaction with features after use, failure to read product descriptions before purchasing, or purchases made against a game's Terms of Service.
4. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without first contacting our support team will result in immediate and permanent account termination. If you have a billing issue, please reach out to us through Discord or our support page first.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, open a support ticket on our Discord server within 24 hours of your purchase. Include your order ID, the product purchased, and a detailed description of the issue. Our team will review your case and respond within 48 hours.
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method. We are not responsible for any delays caused by your bank or payment provider.
